Crystals by Kristie-lee

~ You can only return your purchase if ~

1. There is a manufacturing fault, breakage/damage during transit or the goods design are not as shown on the website. Please be aware that colours may vary from computer to computer. Some products are recommended not to be sent through postage and are recommended to be picked up from Ballarat, Victoria only. With these products they can still be posted as requested by the you the customer, but any deforming or damage from this postage will not be the responsibility of Kristie Hancock, Crystals by Kristie~lee.

2. You have contacted me within 4 days of receiving, to advise me of the problem.

3. On return we will do our best to solve the problem that has occurred. If this is not able to be done, then and only then will you be entitled to a refund. There are no refunds on any of the products otherwise. All refunds are less shipping costs. Returns must be sent by registered mail. Lost packages will be the responsibility of the sender if parcel has not been registered.

I have taken great care to show all items photographed as close as possible colour wise and with as much detail as possible. Colours do vary from computer to computer. 'Crystal AB' is a crytsal with a difference and will always photograph differently in different lights. If you are unsure about this coloured crystal, a small sample of the crystal can be sent to you for viewing. If however, your purchase is not to your satifaction, or the colour is incorrect, I am happy to exchange for another product, or a gift voucher.

Resizing can be arranged for some items, please contact us beforehand so I can let you know if its possible, and to find out if any further costs are involved. I will do my best to work with you on solving all issues.

~ Gift Vouchers~
Giift vouchers are only valid as long as the expiry dates permits. Validation is authorised with it being signed by Kristie Hancock. Without this signiture it is not valid, with the only acception being gift vouchers sent via the buisness email address. In all cases, you must always have the gift voucher reference number to quote when placing an order and making payment. Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash. No change will be given, no matter of any amount. Gift vouchers are transferable to other people, but in this case it must be the complete value amount of the voucher. If there are any other conditions stated on the voucher these must also be followed when using eg 'not valid with any other offer or discount'.

~ Warranty ~

All items have a 12 month warranty covering manufacturing faults. It does not cover breakages due to misuse or intentional damage. Please remember all of these items are delicate and should be treated as such. The warranty covers the repair of an item, or if not repairable, the replacement, but all parts must be returned for inspection. All returns are sent by registered mail, at the expense of the customer.

Please follow our cleaning advice (comes with every purchase), by polishing your jewellery with a soft non chemical cloth such as a felt cloth. We will not cover repairs or replacements if you have damaged your jewellery by cleaning with chemical cleaners or other non-approved cleaning methods.

~ Total Purchase Amount Payments ~

1. When orders have been arranged locally within the Ballarat area and not through straight internet purchasing, the total purchase amount must be paid within 7 days of Crystals by Kristie~lee notifying the customer of its completion.
2. When orders have been made via the 'add to cart' button. The full total purchase amount is then paid for purchase.

~ Order Times & Delays ~

1. From the time all orders have been confirmed and paid (either deposit for local purchase or full payment otherwise) products will take a standard 2 - 3 weeks to complete. For large orders eg 3 or more necklaces this time may extend. Please request this information via email if you require this information.
2. Any delays that occur during this time frame, customers will be contacted as soon as possible. Although this may happen it is unlikely to occur. In the case of delays the customer has the right to a full refund if requested.

~ Deposits ~

A 30% deposit of the total purchase amount is required for all orders that are being processed through different means other than straight internet ordering. This deposit is a non refundable deposit that does not include the cost of postage. Items will only start to be made when this deposit is paid. Straight internet ordering is when the customer purchases items via the 'add to cart' button. The full total purchase amount is then paid for purchase. Please see below for cancellations.

~ Cancellations ~

1. Cancellation by the customer will occur the minimum cancellation charge. The minimum cancellation charge the customer will occur is 30% of the total purchase price. This will go towards any costs occurred for this purchase.
2. The customer may cancel the order without incurring the cancellation charge within 2 days of the payment received.
3. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Crystals by Kristie~lee of any change of address or contact details.
4. The ownership of the ordered goods will not pass to the customer until the total purchase price has been paid and the Purchase Terms & Conditions have been fulfilled.
5. If monies paid are less than the cancellation charges Crystals by Kristie~lee may recover any outstanding amount from the customer.
6. If Crystals by Kristie~lee cancels the order other than of breach of Purchase Terms & Conditions, then all monies will be returned to the customer without a cancellation charge being occurred.

~ Privacy ~

1. The personal information provided by the customer is confirmation and evidence of a purchase.
2. Crystal's by Kristie~lee takes care in protecting the private information of their customers.
3. The personal information provided by the customer will not be disclosed to any third party than as required by law.
4. Payments made by the customer via the 'add to cart' button are processed through credit cards via a Pay Pal payment process. You do not have to be a member of Pay Pal to make the payment this way. Crystal's by Kristie~lee does not take responsibility for any problems that may occur during the use of this payment method.
