~ How It Began ~In 2005 Kristie found a seductively sparkling world through Swarovski Crystals. It's quality, distinction & elegance became the focal point for her specialty handcrafted designs. Creating for brides & jewellery lovers all over Australia.
Through the encouragement of a friend, she started working more closely with brides & debutants in 2006. Piece's were made that were both unique & affordable, creating extensive designs she never expected.
'Crystals by Kristie~lee' was soon established in 2007. A website designed to share the passion & beauty a Swarovski Crystal creates. Jewellery & accessories by this Australian designer can now be enjoyed by everyone all over the world.
~ About The Products ~
In
1892 a gentleman by the name of Daniel Swarovski, the son of a
Bohemian-born gem cutter, invented the first industrial crystal-cutting
machine. The quality of the crystal & the precision of his cut
earned the international reputationThe crystal is said to contain a minimum of 32% lead, making the crystal optically pure. Radiant colours &/or coatings are also added to produce a large variety of dazzeling components.
